ESV. Yakubu Halilu is the Head of Practice of the firm who spent most of his working life serving in various fields connected with land, landed properties, assets and associate professional businesses, and support facilities for the building industry in Nigeria. He hails from Okehi local Government in Kogi State of Nigeria.
He obtained Bachelor of Technology in Estate Management and Valuation from prestigious Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (ATBU)-2013. Presently at research level of his Master of Technology in Estate Management and Valuation at Federal University of Technology, Minna. He is corporate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Reg. No. M05358 and a Registered Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria-A04898.
ESV Yakubu Halilu has acquired practical and on the job training through tutelages from various professional firms in different parts of the country. Currently he is a member of Mandatory Continuous Professional Development Committee (MCPD) of the Nigerian Institution of estate surveyors and valuers (both National & Branch of the institution). He is a member of other high profile professional bodies.

ESV Yakubu M. Jahun is a seasoned estate surveyor and valuer with expertise in plant & machinery valuation and property management. He is an alumnus of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi (ATBU), where he obtained a B.Tech. in Estate Management & Valuation and later completed an M.Tech. in Estate Management & Valuation in 2024.
He is a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with ESVARBON and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
With 10 years of professional experience, he specializes in plant & machinery valuation, property and project management, and asset inventory creation and renewal.

ESV Abdulaziz M. Bello is a dual-discipline real estate professional with a BSc in Quantity Surveying and a BSc in Estate Management & Valuation from Bayero University Kano (BUK).
He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and is registered with ESVARBON.
With 7 years of industry experience, Abdulaziz specializes in real estate appraisal, facility management, project management, and cost control. His expertise extends to construction cost estimation and real estate investment advisory services.
